Boost Your Morning Routine By Trying This

Here are a few tips to help you set the course for the rest of your day.
1) Start the night before
This means you should try to go to bed at a reasonable hour and think about what you need in a nightly routine to have a successful morning. For instance, do you need to have your clothes picked out, breakfast planned, to-do-list completed, etc.
2) Eat a healthy and nutrient rich breakfast
Food is fuel, food is medicine. Make a delicious breakfast that will energize you for the day.
3) Get Moving Right Away
Start by doing some stretches and exercises that can get your heart rate up. Think about trying jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, etc.
4) Create a sacred space
Meditation is an important aspect of your morning routine. This will help you set your intention for the day, focus your thinking, and create mental space. This will boost your energy, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.
5) Journal
Write out your thoughts, goals, and passions each day. Take time to reflect on the things that you're grateful for.
6) Read and/or listen to something positive
Read a book to feed your mind and spirit. Pour into an area you want to grow in and push your self to continue to grow in your character.
7) Postive Affirmation
Our internal dialogue is important. We must begin to pay attention to the things we say to ourselves. Become intentional about saying positive things to yourself.
