Nichola K. Brown is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington, DC she is the Founder and President of Keilah Restoration Ministries, LLC, a faith-based EAP company.  She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in Clinical Mental Health with Specialization in Employee Assistance Programs and Program Management.  She completed her field placement at the US Census Bureau as an EAP Counselor where she provided individual counseling, management consultations, workshops and training for federal government employees.  Nichola also has extensive experience in the private, non-profit and faith-based sectors.  Recently, Nichola developed and implemented a Health and Wellness Program for the Graduate School USA’s workforce development program. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential by providing personal and individualized wellness programs that address the unique needs the workforce.  Her goal is to empower individuals and companies to implement effective wellness and mindfulness programs in order to increase overall productivity.
